New Web Experience

Hi Friends! I was having some trouble with the old site. Consult forms were not getting forwarded to me, it was slow to load, the layout was always wonky… so I built a new one. Hopefully the user experience is much smoother now! Thanks for everyones patience while the domain and email is migrating!
